Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS

Please keep in mind for hygiene reasons, Items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in re-saleable condition with all tamper resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened. Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving them. All personal care products may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of the purchase date provided that they are in their original packaging (including cellophane wrap, tamper proof seals and lids), are in an unused condition and are re-saleable. No price stickers or labels may be removed Any personal care product which does not meet the clients expectation for any reason whatsoever may be returned to the supplier. We do not accept liability for any product which does not meet the client expectation, regardless of purchase date, as the suppliers have undertaken to assist with the accurate replacement of any product which does not meet client expectation. For reasons of hygiene, brushes may not be refunded or exchanged. The goods remain your responsibility until they are received and signed by us. All goods returned will incur a 15% handling fee If an order is cancelled/returned, a 20% handling fee will be levied to cover processing/handling fees. Items purchased on sale or discount may not be returned

EXCHANGES DUE TO DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS

The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 7 working days of delivery confirming via email if the Goods are damaged. If you receive the wrong goods, please do not open them. Inform us immediately. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods. If the Buyer would like to return any goods for any reason at all, the Buyer may do so within 7 days of receiving the purchased goods. Goods returned must be in a new and unused condition. The Seller will refund the cost of the goods; however shipping charges are non-refundable, unless it’s a mistake on our side. Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Seller for a replacement after receiving prior confirmation by the Seller via e-mail. Prior consent from the Seller must be approved via e-mail before any Goods are shipped back to the Seller. All returns are the responsibility of the Buyer until the returned Goods reach the Seller. Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number of the original purchase on the package. Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer Refunds and warranties will not be applied to Goods that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence or not correctly following the instructions supplied with the product. With all purchases we provide 7 day policy where if the product is at fault we will exchange. Refunds are only issued when we have had a chance to resolve the problem with you. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods.

MOYOKO FLAT IRONS

Please ensure to complete the registration on the website in order to have your MOYOKO Warranty registered and activated. (Register MOYOKO within one month of purchase)
Your activation commences on Date of Purchase. Please attach your invoice or proof of purchase (clearly displaying the date and place of purchase) in order for us to validate your warranty. Refunds and warranties will not be applied to Goods that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence or not correctly following the instructions supplied with the product.
